This service with prior planning can be combined with the collection and preservation services to pre-filter data to include during the collection process. This greatly reduces volume of data thus lowering overall costs of eDiscovery.
  • Through partnerships provide trained and qualified to handle electronic evidence the Expert Services Team will follow the Federal Rules of Evidence to properly preserve electronic evidence and establish the physical and electronic chain of custody. Preserved ESI is copied and stored in a physically and electronically secure facility. All procedures follow forensic standards and along with the establish action plan create a complete defensible process that the Expert Services Team will be prepared to testify on if necessary.
