This service is designed to offer a summary level computer forensics services for standard family litigation. “Triage” applied with best practice processes is a decision making system that provides a framework for analysis decision making, outcome goal prioritization, and resource allocation with “Forensics” standards. That gives you what we call “Triage Forensics” with a focus on known factors derived from a long history of family case law. One flat rate fee will provide counsel with a defensible forensic process using standard criteria to identify relevant data without expensive investigative costs.
The following methods of filtering data to include are:
- Keywords
- Regular Expressions
- Files Size
- File Date
- Extensions
- Path
- Optional .PST email filtering
- Optional Social Networking Media (Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, etc)
- Optional “Full Preservation” of all data including deleted for protection from spoliation claims

Four (4) easy steps to get Triage Forensics:
- Attorney or Client schedules a job in one of two methods:
- Contact us to schedule work to begin and deliver device(s) (This is the best option to get devices returned quicker)
- Deliver device(s) to 435 N. Walker, Suite 101, OKC, OK 73102 and work will be scheduled.
- Average job takes 24 hours to complete work from the scheduled start time.
- Before work starts the Attorney must confirm via email any additional search criteria if desired.
- Once work is complete two (2) actions will happen:
- All devices will be available for pickup at our office.
- All reports and data will be provided to Attorney or firm ONLY via DVD (up to 2 DVD’s) delivered via mail or pick up at our office.
